This role is for a data expert passionate about driving large-scale digital transformation in financial services. We’re looking for an experienced Data Modeller/Architect to join a dynamic team, supporting high-impact enterprise programmes across Finance, CRM, and Master Data Management (MDM).
Key Responsibilities:- Develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models aligned to enterprise-wide MDM initiatives.
- Map data lifecycle events to logical models and physical systems.
- Define and enforce data governance policies and data standards.
- Design data models across relational and NoSQL databases.
- Ensure data security, compliance, and integrity within all models.
- Translate business requirements into optimal data structures.
- Document and maintain metadata, dictionaries, and entity relationships.
- Support cloud-based data implementations (e.g., AWS, Azure, Snowflake).
- Contribute to data migration and real-time integration strategies.
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in data modeling and MDM.
- Proficiency in data modeling tools like Erwin, Power Designer, or ER/Studio.
- Strong SQL/NoSQL skills and experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery).
- Solid background in financial services, capital markets, or consultancy.
- Expertise in metadata management, data governance, and compliance.
- Experience with ETL frameworks, APIs, and data integration.
- Experience with unstructured data models.
- Familiarity with agile delivery in a consulting environment.
