Our client is seeking a Mechanical Shift Leader to join their team on a prestigious contract based in The City of London. The role offers a salary of £50,000, overtime, pension, and career stability. The ideal candidate will be a fully qualified Mechanical Maintenance Engineer with C&G / NVQ levels 2 & 3, and have a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. Responsibilities:- Carrying out daily PPM and reactive maintenance tasks
- Leading a team of engineers
- Managing KPIs and SLAs
- Performing reactive and emergency breakdown tasks and completing documentation
- Participating in a call-out rota for out-of-hours client support
- Proactively reducing energy consumption on site
- Adhering to all health and safety policies
