Location: Filton (Hybrid – approx. 60% onsite)

Our client is looking for a dedicated and experienced Employee Relations Advisor to join a forward-thinking HR team supporting a large, dynamic organization.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide expert employee relations advice and guidance to HRBPs and line managers on matters including discipline, grievances, absence, and performance management.
  • Support and manage industrial relations topics, ensuring alignment with collective agreements and legal compliance.
  • Lead impartial investigations and compile detailed reports to resolve employee relations cases effectively.
  • Identify training needs and deliver upskilling for HR and line managers on employee relations and industrial relations topics.
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of policies that support a fair and consistent approach to employee relations across the business.
  • Foster strong collaboration across HR teams to deliver integrated solutions that support employee engagement and organizational culture.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Solid experience in an employee relations advisory role, ideally within a large, fast-paced environment.
  • Deep knowledge of UK employment law and employee relations best practices, including union/rep engagement and collective agreements.
  • A proactive mindset with a collaborative approach to supporting both HR and operational leaders.
