A rapidly expanding PBSA Operator / Developer / Investor are seeking a highly driven and ambitious Development Manager / Development Director to join their growing team. They have significant capital ready to deploy, and a pipeline of projects which are ready to go.
The ideal candidate will have full cradle to grave development experience as well as ideally a strong track record in the PBSA sector. This role can be based anywhere centrally in the UK.
Circa £80-100,000 + Package (Possible some flex north of this for the right person).
