We're looking for a proactive Service Advisor to join our friendly, family-run MG & Citroën dealership in Kidderminster. About the Role

As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the key connection between our customers and the workshop. From booking to collection, you'll ensure a smooth and positive experience throughout the aftersales journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise customers on service and parts requirements
  • Manage workshop bookings and customer communications
  • Handle parts enquiries, orders, and stock management
  • Ensure accurate invoicing and administrative records
  • Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction at every stage
