In this role you will:
- Provide subject matter expertise on Debit Card and ATM processing across the Debit/current account landscape.
- Lead and manage end-to-end technical changes, ensuring effective delivery throughout the full project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with business, technology, and other technical teams to design, evaluate, and implement robust solutions.
- Serve as the key contact for our client and maintain comprehensive system documentation to support change initiatives.
What you need to have:
- Industry and Scheme knowledge of Cards and ATM's from both a technical and business operational perspective.
- Experience and Knowledge of Debit card processing.
- Domain specialism in Debit cards and ideally ATM also.
- Ability to discuss design / project issues with IT and business domain experts.
- Experience of working with and managing outsourced suppliers / strategic partners.
- Familiarity with technical incident management processes and resolution.
