Cash Management /AR Supervisor – Property Industry Salary: £45,000 – £49,000 Location: Central London Hybrid: 2-3 days in the office A rare opportunity for an AR/Cash Management Supervisor to join one of the largest commercial real estate firms in the world. A Fortune 500 company, they have offices in the majority of countries globally, employing over 50,000+ employees and looking after facilities, transactions, property, investment, and project management. Main responsibilities and requirements: Cash Management supervisor responsible for managing the team, maintaining KPIs and ensuring cash allocations and priority payments and processed in a timely manner. Be accountable for management of Cash Team (2-3+) Strong background in cash allocations and cashbook reconciliations Monthly review of KPIs for all processes within the team Key point of contact for UK business for cash queries and escalations Responsible for all aspects of people management – including objective setting and monitoring, resourcing, appraisals, training, performance management, absence management, etc. Efficient in all Cash Management processes to ensure all SLAs are met Ensure all required business deadlines are achieved and efficiencies are implemented where needed Proven track record of strong change management and general management skills Experience of working in high volume transactions with a result driven mind-set Confident and assertive where required, good at influencing others Good interpersonal & communication skills with the ability to quickly form professional relationships with colleagues and clients at all levels of seniority Analytical & problem-solving approach Ability to prioritise and co-ordinate tasks efficiently, being both autonomous & a team player Good IT Skills including Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP’s, pivot tables, formulas, etc) The successful candidate must have at least 2-3+ years previous experience in a similar Cash/AR Supervisor role working within a fast-paced environment.
