Aztrum has partnered with a reputable practice who are seeking an architectural technician to join their team. This is a full-time position offering flexibility, a collaborative work environment, and the chance to contribute to a wide variety of exciting projects across the residential, education, commercial, interiors, and heritage sectors.

We’re seeking a proactive professional with a strong technical foundation and at least 5 years of hands-on experience delivering built projects. A comprehensive knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction techniques is essential. The ideal candidate will be confident leading projects, producing detailed design packages, and coordinating input from consultants and subcontractors.

Responsibilities for this Architectural Technician role:
  • Leading and coordinating education projects at all stages
  • Creating detailed working and tender drawings
  • Submitting planning and building regulation applications
  • Conducting site surveys and visits to ensure compliance
