About the Role

Reporting to the Head of Sales for EMEA, you’ll be instrumental in expanding our market presence, strengthening our customer base and driving sustainable revenue growth. This is a high-impact role for a leader who excels at building, scaling and inspiring high-performing teams. You’ll combine commercial instinct with a passion for talent development, enabling your team to consistently deliver outstanding results.

What you’ll do

  • Own and Evolve the Go-to-Market Strategy: Lead the development and execution of a future-focused GTM plan for the UK & Ireland, working closely with Revenue Operations, Product, and Marketing to align on priorities and accelerate growth.
  • Build and Empower a High-Performing Team: Attract, develop, and lead a diverse team of sales professionals across multiple sales motions, creating a culture of excellence, accountability and continuous learning.
  • Deepen Strategic Customer Relationships: Serve as a trusted partner to our most important customers, driving long-term success and uncovering new opportunities for expansion and value creation.
  • Be the Voice of the Market: Represent the unique needs of the UK/I region internally by delivering actionable insights to product and leadership teams ensuring localisation, relevance and competitive edge.
  • Drive Cross-Functional Impact: Collaborate closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and other key teams to increase brand visibility, align on regional initiatives and maximise market opportunities.

What you’ll need

  • Market Insight: Expertise in working cross-functionally with marketing, customer success, and product teams to seize market opportunities.
  • Proven Sales Leadership: 5+ years leading high-performing sales teams within fast-paced, high-growth Enterprise SaaS environments, with a consistent track record of exceeding targets.
  • Deep Domain Expertise: 10+ years in B2B technology sales, with a strong grasp of the SaaS landscape, go-to-market dynamics and evolving customer expectations.
  • Strategic Sales Execution: Demonstrated success in scaling complex, multi-motion sales organisations balancing high-velocity pipelines with enterprise deals exceeding $500K.
  • Team Builder & Talent Magnet: Passionate about recruiting, mentoring and developing diverse teams. Recognised for building cultures of excellence, inclusion, and growth.
  • Cross-Functional Operator: Skilled in partnering across Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to identify growth opportunities, refine positioning and execute go-to-market strategies that resonate in the market.
