Working Hours: Flexible - Core hours between 8am-5pm

We are currently working with a well-established and highly regarded financial services firm based in Altrincham, who are looking to recruit an Entry-Level Financial Services Administrator to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with an interest in financial services and a keen eye for detail to kickstart their career in a professional and supportive environment.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will support the firm's Financial Planners with a range of administrative duties, playing a key role in ensuring a smooth client experience. You’ll be responsible for updating client records, processing documentation, and liaising with providers and internal teams to support the financial planning process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to Financial Planners and the wider support team
  • Assist with preparing valuations and documentation for client meetings
  • Liaise with clients, providers, and internal stakeholders to gather and manage information
  • Process new business applications, withdrawals, switches, and other client servicing tasks
  • Maintain accurate and compliant client records and files
  • Ensure client communications are handled professionally and promptly

Ideal Candidate:

  • Some knowledge of or exposure to financial services is advantageous, but not essential
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Confident IT user (Microsoft Office, CRM systems)
  • Proactive, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
  • A strong team player with good communication skills and a professional manner
