Mortgage Case Manager

Our client who is a specialist mortgage broker based in South West London are looking for a Mortgage Case Manager to join their team. They're a small team currently going through some growth so finding the right fit will be essential.

Skills required to become a Mortgage Case Manager;

• 2 years experience as a mortgage administrator is essential from a broker environment
• Customer focused and detail orientated
• CeMAP desirable but not essential

Role responsibilities of a Mortgage Case Manager;

• Ensure loan criteria is met and clearly explained to customer
• Input mortgage applications onto lender portals efficiently and accurately
• Updating customer throughout the process
• Work closely with mortgage advisors to provide a smooth loan journey
