Key Responsibilities

  • Support Head of Sales, Business Development Manager, and Marketing Manager.
  • Update and manage tender documents, pricing files, and sales templates using Excel.
  • Assist with contract updates, document formatting, and proofreading.
  • Provide hands-on support with fittings, sample deliveries, and showroom prep.

  • Help set up and support wellbeing initiatives and internal meetings.
  • Coordinate and prepare logistics for photoshoots, including sample packing.
  • Run occasional errands to support smooth team operations.
  • Assist with general sales and marketing administration and coordination.

About You

  • Proven experience supporting teams in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience in apparel, fashion, or creative industries preferred; alternatively, experience managing critical paths in product-focused roles.
  • Confident and advanced Excel skills — formatting, updating, creating templates, and editing contracts/tenders.
  • Exceptionally organised, detail-oriented, and capable of juggling multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communicator and collaborative team player.
  • Energetic, proactive, self-motivated, and solution-focused.
  • Comfortable working full-time on-site in a practical, hands-on role.

Why Join Us?

  • Work on exciting apparel projects for globally recognised brands.
  • Join a supportive, collaborative, and dynamic team that values creativity and initiative.
  • Be part of a purpose-led business where your input directly influences growth.
  • Develop your commercial career within the growing apparel industry.
