Pay: £19.53 per hour
Location: Braintree - Remote position requires 1 day a week in the office
Job Type: Monday to Friday - 37 hours 8:00am-17:00pm

Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support clients and provide expert guidance on welfare benefits and financial support.
- Represent the organisation in legal proceedings and manage debt recovery processes when required.
- Deliver outstanding customer service in line with the organisation’s values of ambition, inclusivity, and accountability.
- Conduct client visits while adhering to lone working policies and maintaining a compassionate approach.
- Offer advice on benefit claims, welfare applications, and basic budgeting, including issuing support resources such as Food Bank vouchers.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships to enhance service delivery and client outcomes.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of income-related policies and procedures.
- Stay informed on relevant legislation and best practices in income recovery and legal compliance.
- Maintain accurate records for performance tracking, customer insights, and audit purposes.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a personal vehicle.
- Demonstrated experience in income collection and customer service.
- Experience in legal proceedings and debt recovery is desirable.
- Strong understanding of legal frameworks related to income management.
- Excellent communication, time management, and organisational abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
