My client is seeking a skilled Mortgage and Protection Advisor to join their team on a self-employed basis.If you want to take your business to the next level, this is the role for you! What is on offer?

• Leads can be provided once you have established yourself

 Key responsibilities for this Self-Employed Mortgage and Protection Advisor role

• Provide expert mortgage advice to clients looking to purchase and/or re-mortgage properties
• Build and maintain a strong relationship with customers, adhering to the excellent customer service expectations.
• Motivated to attract new clients and business yourself
• Provide exceptional client care and guide them through the application process, ensuring a stress-free experience
• Stay up to date with the Mortgage market and latest trends
• Ensure strict adherence to financial regulations, maintaining the highest ethical standards at all times

Skills and experience for this Self-Employed Mortgage and Protection Advisor role

• Proven track record of generating high levels of mortgage business; achieving and exceeding targets, ensuring clients are adequately protected
• CeMAP or equivalent qualification
• Minimum of 2-years' experience as a Mortgage Adviser.
• Proficiency in modern technology to enhance client service delivery and satisfaction
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
