Job Description
The ERP Business Analyst Finance will be part of our international ERP team with members in Europe and Asia. As finance expert with a deep knowledge of D365 they will support the business in implementing new features and reviewing and optimising their processes to efficiently use the application.

- Key business users
- Support partners
Essential Duties, Responsibilities, and Key Results Area:
- Level 3 user support for any finance related questions and issues in D365.
- Participation in D365 implementation projects.
- Provide documentation and training for business users.
- Support business to optimise usage of D365
- Support our distribution subsidiaries to equalise finance related processes.
- Keep up to date on new functionalities and developments in D365 FO.
- Any other day to day tasks assigned by the manager.
Ideal Candidate Possesses these Attributes:
Technical Skills and Experience
- At least three years of proven knowledge and experience as analyst or functional consultant in D365 Finance & Operations.
- Proven track record and experience in IT implementation projects in multinational enterprises.
- Good general understanding of the Microsoft work environment (MS Office, OneDrive, SharePoint, etc.)
- Solid communication skills and stakeholder liaison.
- Accounting background, understanding and experience of accounting processes.
- Fluent in English. Any other European language will be a plus.

Qualifications
- Tech savvy, user support, technical web and content professional with solid D365 F&O experience.
- Microsoft Certification for D365 F&O desirable.
- Accounting degree desirable.
Work Environment/Physical Requirements:
Office based in West London, with very good access to public transport or provided parking. Applicants must hold a right to work in UK, and be London based. Hybrid working at least 3 days per week in the office and flexibility to attend the office as and when required during working hours.
