This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced lawyer with a passion for residential property law to join a forward-thinking firm that offers strong career development and a supportive environment. Key Responsibilities Manage a diverse caseload of residential property transactions, including conveyancing for first-time buyers and clients with property portfolios. Build and maintain strong client relationships, managing expectations regarding options, outcomes, risks, and timescales. Scope fees for existing clients and grow your internal and external network of clients and intermediaries. Enhance the firm’s profile by attending networking events, writing publications, and speaking at seminars. Take responsibility for managing delegated aspects of projects, ensuring deadlines are met.
