Salary: Up to £27,000 per annum

Location: Carlisle Airport, CA6 4NW

Job Type: Full - Time, Permanent

Hours: 40 hours Monday to Friday working a pattern of three shifts covering the period between 07:30 and 17:30, Monday to Friday.

Our Corporate Deliveries Department are looking for an Administrator to join the team and support the daily admin function of the team.

The Role: You will be working within the corporate team dealing with delivery requests, monitoring delivery progress, and handling customer enquiries. You will also process documentation, and ensure relevant information is dealt with quickly, efficiently and accurately. Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing vehicle delivery requests
  • Booking deliveries and liaising with subcontractors
  • Planning loads using the most environmentally friendly option
  • Monitoring delivery progress & providing ETA’s
  • Processing supplier invoices and paperwork
  • Updating and maintaining spreadsheets and data systems
  • Dealing with customer enquiries
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies

You:

  • Previous experience as an Administrator in a similar Customer Service environment would be advantageous
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Have a high attention to detail and the ability to prioritise workload
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office particularly Excel and Word
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Due to our location, you must have your own transport
