The Role:

• Dispensing frames and lenses depending on lifestyle, fashion and budget
• Spending time with each patient to understand personal requirements
• Dealing with complex patient queries and providing outstanding levels of customer service
• Working closely with the director to actively drive the business forward
• Marketing, training and mentoring staff
• Working towards targets
• Able to implement relevant changes as well as working as part of a close-knit team
• An enthusiastic approach to make a positive impact on the customers experience within the practice
• Mixture of sales skills and clinical professionalism
• Candidate must be ambitious and self-motivated
