Hybrid, 2 days from the office and 3 days from home (with occasional site visits/audits) As an Onboarding Project Manager , you will oversee all aspects of, and be ultimately responsible for, the onboarding of all new car parks onto the company\’s ecosystem. You will coordinate and execute the onboarding processes, covering hardware and software, ensuring each site is operational, functional, and meets the company’s high-quality standards. Project Management: Lead the onboarding process for new sites, ensuring all milestones are met on time and within budget. Liaise with Sales, Account Management, and external contractors to gather necessary information and align on onboarding requirements. Contractor Management: Procure equipment, obtain quotes from contractors, assign tasks, and oversee signage and equipment installation. Quality Assurance: Conduct site audits to ensure functionality, including signage, payment channels, and system configurations. Maintain accurate records for onboarding audits, including contracts, site maps, and system configurations. Experience: Minimum 3 years in project management or a similar role. Understanding of hardware/software integrations and operational processes. Clear and professional communication skills for liaising with internal teams, contractors, and clients.
