Are you experienced with S/4 HANA transformation programmes? Do you have experience leading and managing a large team of SAP professionals? This could be the role for you! Futures are supporting a large client to source a Head of COE who will drive the SAP roadmap, manage a large team, and ensure the seamless operation of SAP systems across the organisation. The Head of COE will focus on SAP S/4HANA and the Business Technology Platform (BTP), aligning with the company’s strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a large team of SAP professionals, fostering a high-performing and collaborative environment.
- Define and support team growth plans, overseeing accountability and skills development.
- Expand the SAP Competency Centre to support future SAP landscape growth.
- Develop and communicate a compelling vision for SAP, presenting it to stakeholders, including the SAP team and executives.
- Oversee third-party supplier management, ensuring they meet contractual obligations and deliver high-quality services.
- Manage SAP licensing, ensuring compliance and optimizing usage to reduce costs.
- Scope and define new SAP programs, ensuring they align with business objectives and deliver value.
- Lead SAP project implementation, coordinating across technical teams and business areas.
- Take full ownership of SAP Business-As-Usual (BAU), ensuring stability, performance, and continuous improvement.
- Implement best practices for SAP change management and smooth transitions from projects to BAU.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience managing SAP systems, including SAP S/4HANA and other SAP modules.
- Strong understanding of SAP licensing and vendor management.
