About the Role
As a Senior Social Worker in our Children in Care Team, you will:
- Hold statutory responsibility for children and young people in care up to age 18
- Collaborate with highly skilled Personal Advisors supporting care leavers up to age 25
- Be a key advocate for children’s rights, supporting permanence, wellbeing, and positive outcomes
- Work in a trauma-informed and relationship-based service
- Receive extensive training and development opportunities to grow in your career
About You
You are a qualified and SWE-registered Social Worker with:
- Solid post-qualified experience in children’s social care (CiC experience preferred)
- A passion for safeguarding and promoting positive outcomes for children
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach
- Curiosity, creativity, and a drive to deliver impactful social work

- Enhanced DBS check
- Right to work and qualification checks
