About the Role: As a Lead Recruitment Partner here, you’ll build robust relationships with clients and vendors while also supporting our internal team as a subject matter expert. We’ll look to you to build end-to-end recruitment cycles for every role, across permanent recruitment and to support internal mobility too. What You’ll Do:

  • Strategic Leadership
  • Accountable for all Hiring Manager engagement across the business and act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all Permanent, FTC and Contingent hiring requirements.
  • Increase direct hiring to 80% by the end of year 1 and 90% from the end of year 2 onwards.
  • Responsible for delivering diverse shortlists and confirming diverse interview panels with the business to help drive the client’s aspirational goals.
  • Drive workforce planning and forecasting, helping the business to translate their objectives into considered resourcing plans.
  • Advising on recruitment strategy and innovative sourcing techniques for all permanent roles within their business area, working closely with the relevant direct recruitment team members.
  • Present business area briefings to key members of the Robert Walters account team to share knowledge and ensure business requirements are communicated effectively.
  • Working closely with direct recruitment partners to ensure that upcoming requirements can be met within budget and timeframes.
  • Build a personal network of talent through headhunting, LinkedIn engagement, targeted advertising etc to proactively introduce high calibre candidates to the business.
  • Delivering market and competitor intelligence through a formal communication strategy, advising on market trends and key senior talent movement and initiatives in equivalent business areas in competitors.
  • Building and executing an annual continuous improvement & value add roadmap bespoke to the business, which identifies their core priorities, key challenges and initiatives that address these.
  • Leading on the collation and presentation of Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Business Reviews.
  • Identifying opportunities for Strategic growth and expansion of services for the Robert Walters group.
  • Designing and leading recruitment projects for the business.
  • Line Manager Relationship Management
    • Establish yourself as a trusted advisor to the business and the first point of contact for all Talent Acquisition needs.
    • Lead monthly in person meetings with key stakeholders in each business area to review workforce planning, external talent maps, market intelligence and continuous improvement roadmaps.
    • Conduct face to face intake meetings with line managers to discuss new opportunities, use RW Insights and market intelligence to advise upon resourcing strategies.
    • Confirm requirements, expectations and reverse critical path in writing post intake meeting.
    • Create jobs descriptions that are fully in line with legislative requirements.
    • Implement interview scorecards and ensure these are returned and saved after every interview.
    • Build and maintain strong client relationships both with hiring managers and the HR community.
    • Provide credible and consultative advice throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle.
    • Maintain the agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) & Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s).
    • Support the sharing of information between line managers, direct recruitment teams and vendors.
  • Recruitment Process Management
    • Manage and deliver a proactive recruitment service.
    • Provide a true partnership by thinking strategically and going above and beyond to get things done.
    • Prioritise direct sourcing to ensure SLA’s are achieved, however where needed engage your supply chain and brief them on requirements and processes.
    • Oversee internal and external advertising.
    • Review shortlisted candidates to ensure they are of the right calibre before submission to the Hiring Manager.
    • Conduct HR interview with candidate to assess competencies, skills and experience pre offer.
    • Manage offers – including providing up-to-date salary and market information (especially based on any recent new hires in the organization).
    • Ensure all candidate interview scorecards are returned and all candidates receive interview feedback.
    • Work alongside the HR team, keeping them updated regularly about the status of recruitment.
    • Full compliance with the recruitment process and achieve 100% data integrity.
  • Processes and Procedures
    • Become an SME on hiring policies, recruitment governance and SLAs. As an SME, facilitate team trainings in all aspect of those policies.
    • Ensure compliance with contractual SLA’s, KPI’s and all client policies.
    • Manage an exceptions process with the client for any SLA or KPI fails outside of our control.
    • Develop and deliver business plans, recruitment strategies and resourcing ideas.
    • Implement simple, effective and trackable resourcing, record keeping and administration processes.
    • Produce and develop regular and meaningful reports for the client and our senior management team.
    • Make sure our invoicing processes are always efficient and effective.
