The Best Connection are currently recruiting for an E-Commerce Manager for one of our clients based in Telford. Please note, this is Maternity Cover 12 Month FTC.
The successful candidate will be helping to manage the operations of our clients' website. This includes managing content updates, promotions, resolving any errors that occur, ongoing improvement to performance, resolving security issues, and supporting the smooth running of the page. You will have support by working closely with the marketing, design, and technical team.
Our clients are looking for:
- 2-3 years of experience in a digital or eCommerce role
- Hands-on knowledge of Magento or a similar eCommerce CMS
- Strong attention to detail with a consistent, accurate approach to managing content
- Confident using a range of digital tools and back-end systems
- Highly organised and methodical, with the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
- A proactive team player with strong communication and collaboration skills
- Understanding of basic SEO and eCommerce merchandising best practices
- Comfortable analysing data and making fast, informed decisions
- Confident presenting ideas and updates at all levels of the business
- Experience managing external marketing or promotional campaigns
- Bonus: familiarity with Google Analytics, Excel, or basic HTML/CSS
