The ideal candidate must be able to provide outstanding care and education, observe, plan and assess children within your key group, provide stimulating activities and experiences, and work effectively within a team.
You need to have experience in working with early years and have a Level 2 or Level 3 childcare and education or equivalent.

The role:
- Commitment to working towards Level 2 or 3 Early Years Qualification.
- Supporting the development of the childcare provision by providing an excellent range of activities that ensures that the children learn whilst having fun.
- Ensuring that all Health, Safety and Hygiene requirements are always adhered to during the Apprenticeship.
- Supporting children's self-help needs.
