Our client, a national law firm with offices in Cardiff, has considerable plans to grow their Agricultural offering across Wales. They are seeking to recruit an experienced Agricultural Associate / Legal Director (5 plus years PQE) to join their hugely successful team.
Based in the Cardiff office, and with the potential to be based from other nearby offices, you will report directly to the national head and handle a wide range of agricultural matters. With a focus on client relations, you will take a lead role in business networks across the sector in the region, whilst providing excellent services to their existing high-profile agricultural clients. As such, you'll readily be able to demonstrate your credibility and reputation and are already working within the agricultural sector.
As a firm, they are passionate about collaboration and would be looking to you to work effectively to cross-refer opportunities to their highly regarded Private Client and Real Estate teams.

As an experienced lawyer with a specialist in agricultural law, you will already be well connected within the farming community in Wales and keen to develop your profile and expertise further. You thrive in this sector, being self-motivated and passionate about working within rural communities and have a natural empathy and understanding of your clients' expectations and needs.
You'll have enthusiasm and flair for client contact, being a strong and confident communicator who enjoys generating new connections.
