Applications Support Analyst Location: Manchester – Hybrid working Duration: 12 months Rate: £600.00 – £675.00 About the Role: As an Applications Support Analyst, you’ll be an essential part of our Technology Applications Support Group. Working closely with colleagues from various business units, the Technology department, and our client-facing teams, you’ll play a pivotal role in maintaining and supporting a blend of internally developed and third-party software applications. This dynamic environment requires quick problem-solving skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage complex issues from identification to resolution. Key Responsibilities: Provide application monitoring and support for internal technical teams, Client Support teams, external third-party support groups, and users of hosted applications. Investigate and identify the source of issues, whether they are software-related, business process-related, or usage-related, and route them to the relevant teams if needed. Ensure smooth application recovery during priority incidents, even with limited support. Collaborate with a cross-continental, cross-culture support team, coordinating efforts between diverse groups.
