Are you a caring, understanding, compassionate person with a desire to help and support others? Do you have an understanding of mental health and how it effects people’s lives? How about a job as a Mental Health Case Worker in RCT (Llwynypia area). PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS A 24 HOUR SERVICE, SO OVERNIGHT SHIFTS ARE A BIG PART OF THE ROLE. What will you do? You’ll cover day and night shifts (sleep-ins) 2 or 3 shifts per week (on a rolling rota) A total of 37 hours on average per week, over a month There will be lone working at the project Supporting individuals who struggle with their mental health Assisting to promote independence Providing emotional and practical support Reporting and recording any safeguarding issues Working with Case Workers and other team members, to provide an excellent service What will you get? Salary of £23,088 per year An extra overnight payment of £49.50 for every shift With shift payments, it will be possible to earn up to an extra £5,000 per year Approximate £28,000 per year with all payments.
