Digital Marketing Executive (Affiliates & Partnerships) We have a fantastic opportunity for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our team here at Lands’ End Europe in Oakham, Rutland. This role is a fixed term contract for 12 months. Please note this role is hybrid and will require 9 days a month in the Rutland office as well local and market store visits. Lands’ End is a global multichannel retailer designing and selling American classically styled clothes for Women & Men. With over 50 years’ experience we are a company with a great story to tell. A Little About The Role The Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for delivering, and optimizing integrated marketing campaigns to grow our customer base across all European markets (DE/UK/FR). This role involves managing online customer acquisition efforts, working closely with the EU Analytics, E-Commerce, and Brand Management teams to identify and maximize opportunities for new customer acquisition and increase business sales performance. The role also ensures that all advertising and promotional activities support the Lands’ End brand and are managed within the agreed budget. Please note this role is hybrid and will require 9 days a month in the Rutland office as well local and market store visits. Who you are A demonstrable passion for Digital Marketing Proven experience in multi-channel marketing and campaign management. Also proven experience of negotiating with agencies and agency management. Previous experience in the Retail or Fashion industry is highly desirable. Strong organisational and project management abilities to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines effectively. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment. What you’ll be doing Campaign Management: Support daily channel management across Affiliates, Retargeting, Offline & Partnerships and with exposure across other digital channels as we evolve our marketing mix. Prospecting Plans: Develop catalogue prospecting plans in coordination with the Retention Marketing team. Agency Coordination: Manage relationships with online agencies to develop budgets and strategies for paid media channels such as affiliates, retargeting, programmatic display, social media advertising, and more. Performance Monitoring: Establish performance expectations and monitor campaign effectiveness through regular analysis of KPIs and ROI metrics. Process Improvement: Proactively challenge existing processes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall performance.
