YOUR ROLE: Are you a strategic thinker with a creative spark and a love for consumer products? Do you want to work for an iconic brand that inspires unforgettable moments? Then this might be your perfect next role. As Product Marketing Manager EMEA, you will play a key role in driving our go-to-market strategies and creating impactful product stories across the region. Working cross-functionally, you’ll ensure that Weber’s innovations resonate in each market, while maintaining consistency and excellence in our brand execution.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify key consumer segments and tailor campaigns and product launches for the EMEA region
- Provide strategic input into product lifecycle planning and launch initiatives
- Collaborate with Product Management and Global Marketing to align positioning, messaging, and assets
- Develop full-funnel content and product stories that bring our USPs to life
- Partner with Retail Marketing on best-in-class POS and ePOS executions
- Take the lead on Amazon Marketplace optimization across product listings, SEO, content, and performance analytics
- Coordinate and execute campaign production including photo and video shoots
- Analyse performance across regions and adjust strategy based on insights and sales data
- Deliver regular reporting on campaign ROI, product sales, and competitive performance
- Support annual retailer sell-in processes with compelling presentations and assets
- Co-lead the development of our biggest trade show presence, showcasing new products and innovations
- Manage the EMEA product content budget and agency relationships
- Ensure brand consistency and alignment with global and local teams
- Partner with Branded Channels to ensure product storytelling reaches all owned platforms
- Provide support and guidance to local Brand Activation teams to ensure consistency across markets
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- 5+ years in product marketing, ideally in consumer goods or lifestyle brands
- Strong grasp of Amazon Marketplace performance and content optimization
- Demonstrated success in launching marketing campaigns and go-to-market strategies
- Fluent in English and German (additional languages like French or Italian are a plus)
- A university degree or equivalent professional experience
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Adobe Suite, Google Analytics, and CRM tools is a bonus
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Creative mindset with strong analytical thinking
