This multi-award-winning scale-up has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Insights operator who lives and breathes data and innovation. Put simply, you will be instrumental in turning data into actionable insights.

What will my accountabilities be?

  • Lead Data Innovation & Insight Strategy, shape and scale frameworks for insight innovation
  • Act as the bridge between Insights and Data teams, operating as a translator between analyst and developers
  • Client Impact, owning senior relationships with FMCG brands
  • Build capability and scalability for how insights are developed, tested and shared

A great candidate will have:

  • Experience in data driven roles in FMCG or Market Research
  • Mastery of data analysis, survey methodology and storytelling
  • Technically minded, depth of knowledge in statistical tooling (SPSS, R, Python or similar)
  • You’re ambitious. You aren’t scared to challenge the status quo. A creative out-the-box thinker will fit right in
  • Leadership and influencing skills with a focus on effectively collaborating with clients at local, regional & global levels
