VP of Programme Delivery & Operations – London / Hybrid | Full-time

We're seeking a VP of Programme Delivery & Operations to lead the execution of strategic initiatives and ensure seamless daily operations for a high-growth tech business that is transforming how people experience insurance making it simpler, more transparent, and fully digital.. This is a senior leadership role focused on scaling delivery processes, driving governance, and aligning cross-functional teams across internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own delivery of complex, cross-functional programmes
• Implement governance, risk management, and execution frameworks
• Align teams and partners to strategic goals
• Optimise operations to support growth and scalability
• Champion continuous improvement in delivery and ops

Requirements:

• 10+ years in programme delivery, ops, or transformation roles in tech, fintech, or insurtech
• Strong experience leading delivery in high-growth environments
• Skilled in governance, cross-functional leadership, and stakeholder management
• Strategic thinker who can dive into hands-on execution when needed
• Experience within a Start-up or Scale up
