Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00, Every other Saturday 08:00 - 12:00

About the Role

As a Sales Assistant, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, providing advice, support, and product knowledge to ensure a smooth and positive shopping experience. Whether you're helping a local tradesperson find the right part or managing stock displays, your role is essential to the day-to-day success of our store.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner
  • Provide knowledgeable advice on plumbing and heating products
  • Process sales at the counter and over the phone
  • Maintain well-organised and visually appealing product displays
  • Monitor and replenish stock levels as needed
  • Work closely with the warehouse and trade counter team to ensure order accuracy and customer satisfaction
  • Keep the showroom clean, tidy, and compliant with health and safety standards
  • Promote special offers and upsell complementary products
  • Support deliveries and customer collections when required
