Our operation based in Kettering is implementing a new customer and has the need for a Warehouse Shift Supervisor to coordinate and manage the day-to-day operational activities for the warehousing team. You will be responsible for leading and coordinating warehouse shift teams to ensure all customer requirements and operational targets are fulfilled to the highest standard.
This is a Monday – Friday role working either 7am – 3pm or 10am – 6pm.
- Oversee daily warehouse operations: Supervise a team of warehouse staff to ensure efficient processing of orders, inventory management, and on-time deliveries.
- Provide training, guidance, and ongoing support to ensure high performance and a positive work environment.
- Monitor warehouse activities to ensure safety standards and health regulations are adhered to at all times.
- Keep senior management informed about key performance metrics, warehouse performance, and any ongoing issues.
A proven leader with warehouse supervision experience, ideally in a similar environment. Knowledgeable about health and safety regulations within a warehouse setting. Skilled in logistics operations with a focus on maximising efficiency and accuracy.
