Class 1 HGV driver with at least 1 year road experience on Class 1 required. 24-7 Recruitment Services acting as an Employment Business are currently recruiting for HGV Class 1 drivers on behalf of our client, based in Burton-on-Trent.
About you:
- Successful candidates will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Full UK cat C+E driving licence
- Valid CPC card and Digi Card
- No more than 6 points on driving licence.
- Minimum 1 year experience on Class 1
Duties of HGV Class 1 Driver:
- Roles are temporary ongoing with opportunities for long term assignments.
- We are looking for people with a good attitude and enthusiasm.
- Regular shift pattern on days and nights.
- Trunking with start times from 05:00 - 13:00 or 16:00 - 20:00. 8 hrs guaranteed.
- Trunk will involve 1 or 2 deliveries and 1 collection. No manual handling.
Shift pattern:
- Sunday to Thursday night shift
- Monday to Friday day shift
- Weekend available
Pay Information:
- MON-FRI Days £16.87
- MON-FRI Nights £18.10
- Weekend AM £21.09
- Weekend PM £22.63
