We’re looking for a driven, strategic, and relationship-focused Head of Sales – UK & Europe to lead our growth across the region. Based in our London office, you’ll be responsible for driving revenue, developing key accounts, and expanding our presence across corporate and branded merchandise channels.

This is a senior, hands-on role where you’ll work directly with the CEO and GM of Sales to deliver regional sales targets, build strategic partnerships, and elevate the Swanky Socks brand in one of our key global markets.

  • Lead sales growth across the UK and Europe, owning regional budgets and KPIs
  • Drive new business across corporate, promotional, and branded merchandise channels
  • Identify market opportunities and advise on regional sales strategy
  • Represent Swanky Socks at trade shows, client meetings, and brand activations
  • Collaborate with the global team to align sales efforts with product development and marketing

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in B2B or promotional merchandise sales, with proven success in the UK and/or European markets
  • Strong existing network across the promotional products and corporate engagement sectors
  • Excellent communication and commercial negotiation skills
  • London-based and comfortable with regular travel across the UK and Europe
