We have the exciting opportunity for a Senior Helpline Advisor (known internally as a Senior Triage Early Interventions Officer) to join the team in Sheffield, working 37.5 hours per week.

About the role:

To be successful in this role, you will have knowledge and experience of developing and delivering a service in a statutory, voluntary, community or private social care or customer service setting and experience of managing and developing staff or volunteers and monitoring their workload and capacity. You will also have experience of working with multiple agencies and overseeing direct work with service users.
