We’re a small but mighty recruitment consultancy looking for a resourceful and skilled Recruitment Coordinator to help us scale while maintaining our reputation for quality, care, and results.

About You
You’ve got generalist recruitment experience and you know how to handle a wide variety of roles and industries. Our clients span Serviced Offices, Logistics, Banking, Property, Financial Services, and more — recruiting for positions like Receptionist, PA, Administrator, and Import/Export.
You’re comfortable jumping between job specs, Boolean searching like a pro, and understanding consultant debriefs to pinpoint the perfect candidate.
Responsibilities
- Screen and engage with applicants (via phone and in-person)
- Upload candidates to Bullhorn CRM, assign to consultants/bookings/vacancies
- Liaise closely with consultants to understand priorities and share timely updates
- Maintain accurate and compliant candidate records
- Fill temp bookings to a high standard
- Oversee candidate onboarding (ID checks, liaising with umbrella payroll providers, ensuring full compliance)
- Contribute to a high-performing, friendly, and flexible team culture
Requirements
- Prior experience in a Candidate Consultant or Recruitment Consultant role
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
- Attention to detail, especially with data entry, compliance, and record-keeping
- Strong IT skills: job boards, Boolean search, CRM systems, Excel, LinkedIn
- Self-starter who thrives independently, but enjoys contributing to a close-knit team
- Organised, adaptable, and not fazed by a fast-paced or ever-changing workload
