We are looking for energetic, confident and ambitious Senior Recruitment Consultants wanting to continue or kickstart their career in energy recruitment. Bringing over 40 years' experience, providing experts and professionals into roles across the energy sector from Engineering, Exploration and Production, O&M projects to Corporate & Commercial. Specialist industry & technical knowledge makes our team true experts. 10,000 placements in more than 55 countries for over 550 clients across 65 disciplines.

Key duties:

  • Business Development: Using sales, business development, and networking to attract business from client companies.
  • Building and developing positive relationships with clients.
  • Developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do, their work culture and environment.
  • Using social media to advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationships.
  • Headhunting: identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be in work.
  • Offering advice to both clients and candidates on pay rates, training and career progression.

Targets:

  • Working towards and exceeding targets that may relate to the number of candidates placed, a value to be billed to clients or business leads generated.

The talent we are after:

  • Ambition and Motivation: A strong desire to succeed.
  • Proven track record: A strong background in recruitment, specifically within the Oil & Gas industry.
  • Business Development skills: Experience working in a 360/business development recruitment role.
  • Building Relationships: The ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Excellent Communicator: Outstanding interpersonal communication skills.
  • Sourcing Methods: Experience using various sourcing methods, including internal CRM, job boards and social media to identify and screen potential candidates.
  • Organisation: Strong organisational and time management abilities.

  • 25 days holiday per year, increasing one day per 2 years of service, to a maximum of 30 days.
