Eden Brown is seeking an enthusiastic Progress Coach for a Further Education College in Lancashire. This is a part-time role (0.7) starting Monday, 12th May, for 2 weeks.

The purpose of this role is to provide pastoral care, educational and careers guidance, and support to a caseload of learners on the Study Programmes. The goal is to ensure learners are positively engaged with their learning journey, fully stretched, and able to achieve their goals.

Candidate Requirements

  • Experience working effectively with young people in an educational setting
  • Experience in liaison, advocacy, and collaborative working
  • Experience working with learners on a 1-2-1 basis and in groups
  • Experience in coaching and motivating learners of different ages and abilities
