We are working with a Global Logistics business in their search for a Compliance Manager to lead and maintain high standards across regulatory, legal, safety, and ethical areas of the business. You will manage audits, support regulatory compliance (including Civil Aviation Authority and customs clearance), oversee health and safety processes, and develop a strong risk and compliance framework. You will also promote key compliance areas such as anti-bribery, modern slavery, data protection, and responsible AI use.

  • Support CAA and customs MOU compliance
  • Help communicate key contract obligations across departments
  • Oversee health & safety compliance in collaboration with consultants and HR
  • Build and manage a risk and compliance programme
  • Promote and monitor compliance with anti-bribery, modern slavery, and data laws
  • Ensure ethical and legal use of AI systems in partnership with IT
  • Chair risk committee meetings and report to senior leadership

Strong knowledge of UK compliance and risk frameworks. Experience in audits, governance, and policy implementation. CAA and customs experience is not essential – training provided.
