Area Property Operations Manager

Contract Length: 6 months initial contract, may extend

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary liaison with clients and suppliers, conducting regular site visits to ensure the effective delivery of hard and soft Facilities Management (FM) services.
Oversee facilities operations, including security, maintenance, and support services, ensuring the needs of the organisation, employees, and visitors are consistently met.
Monitor and report on performance across safety, cost, programme, and quality metrics; identify deviations and implement corrective actions as required.
Manage the preparation, approval, and issuance of technical specifications and safety documentation, ensuring compliance from review through to implementation.
