The Application Support Administrator will play a pivotal role in maintaining and supporting a suite of critical business applications. The successful candidate will work closely with various teams to address technical needs, manage incidents, and contribute to projects that enhance operational efficiency. This hybrid role requires attendance at the Milton Keynes office approximately three days per week during a three-month probation period, reducing to one day per week thereafter.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain strong communication with support managers and key business users.
  • Develop knowledge of key market and broking systems.
  • Keep abreast of system enhancements and software changes.
  • Support testing processes for software upgrades and patches.
  • Collaborate effectively on team projects and individual tasks.

  • Previous experience in a similar support or systems administration role.
  • Basic understanding of the insurance sector and ITIL principles is beneficial.
