Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:45am – 5:30pm

As a Junior Buyer, you’ll play a key role in keeping clients' product journey on track — from sourcing and ordering stock, to working closely with global suppliers and ensuring products are ready to hit the shelves right on time. Every day brings variety, responsibility, and the opportunity to make your mark.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Communicating with suppliers worldwide to build great working relationships and ensure everything runs like clockwork
- Ordering and tracking stock, chasing deliveries, and managing back orders with eagle-eyed attention to detail
- Supporting the launch of exciting new product ranges, coordinating with departments to hit release deadlines
- Accurately setting up and managing product data to ensure smooth inventory flow and website accuracy
- Analysing pricing to keep us competitive while protecting profit margins
- Owning and updating a Release Calendar, driving communication across teams
- Liaising with shippers and calculating international charges
- Quality checking samples and ensuring products meet spec standards
- Getting involved in problem-solving, process improvements, and day-to-day operational support
What You’ll Bring to the Team:
- Minimum 1 year in a buying or product-based role
- Confidence using Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills
