We’re working with a Midlands-based high-growth facilities management group to find their first CFO. Having secured game-changing investment from a leading mid-market investor, this group is set to triple revenues over the anticipated investment cycle. We’re looking for an exceptional leader with a strong growth mindset. This business has worked hard to create a company culture that thrives on trust, collaboration, and shared success.
Role deliverables:
- Work with the main board and investors to develop and execute group financial, commercial and operational strategies.
- Create a best-in-class finance function, with an emphasis on accurate reporting, systems, controls, and working capital management.
- Maximise value via robust commercial analytics; pricing management; and margin improvement strategies.
- Act as an agent for positive change, promoting efficiency, consistency and collaboration.
Previous essential experience:
- Experienced PE FD/CFO who has seen at least one high growth scenario.
- Experience within complex business.
- Experience within a contracts-based value operating model.
- Track record of delivering value, via strategic and commercial initiatives.
- Significant external stakeholder management experience (customers, investors etc).
- Hands-on business partner, providing high quality decision support data.
- Experience of international expansion.
This role is Midlands based, and we anticipate 2-3 days a week on site. Salary £175,000 - £200,000 plus bonus and equity.
