An exciting opportunity to join a new Build to Rent development in Birmingham. The Resident Services Associate will be responsible for front of house duties, acting as point of contact for residents and delivering exceptional customer service.

Overview:

  • Location: Birmingham
  • Salary: £30,000 + Bonus
  • Working Hours: 4 days on/4 days off

Responsibilities of the Resident Services Associate include:

  • Front desk duties including administration, responding to enquiries and welcoming visitors.
  • Ensure amenity spaces are well presented at all times.
  • Organise and lead events.
  • Respond to rental enquiries, schedule and conduct tours.
  • Complete check in/check out reports.
  • Ensure marketing portals are up to date.
  • Respond to enquiries.
  • Organise minor works.
  • Arrears chasing and reporting.
