The EMEA Sales Director role is strategic thinking senior IC, skilled in relationship management, and revenue growth from a book of high-value clients (some of whom are investors in the business). 10+ years in account management, customer success or strategic sales in SaaS or FinTech ~ Strong understanding of investment banks, capital markets, and ideally equity capital markets ~ Confident dealing with senior stakeholders across trading, sales, tech and operations ~ Great at spotting commercial white space and building strategic account plans ~ Comfortable navigating CRM, data tools, and revenue forecasts without losing the human touch ~
