Business Analyst – Digital Transformation

We’re looking for a IT Business Analyst with sharp analytical skills, stakeholder finesse, and a track record in driving business transformation across commercial or sales-focused IT environments.

You’ll be joining a high-impact digital change initiative within a large-scale enterprise environment — helping shape solutions that support commercial operations and CRM systems.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Translate business requirements into functional outcomes and solution designs.
• Engage cross-functional teams including Sales, Commercial, and IT.
• Support the delivery of transformation programmers across CRM and sales platforms.
• Collaborate in Agile teams to deliver change at scale.

What You’ll Bring:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise projects.
• Background in commercial, CRM, or sales-related IT systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Dynamics).
• Excellent stakeholder management and business process documentation.
• Agile delivery experience (Scrum, Kanban or hybrid).
• Strong communication, workshop facilitation, and analytical thinking.
