About the Role:
We are hiring an Automotive Software Integration Engineer to take a leading role in integrating, flashing, testing, and validating embedded software systems for next-generation vehicles. You will be working onsite with a dedicated automotive engineering team to deliver high-quality software on time and within scope.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead integration and validation of ECU software components
- Flash and calibrate software using tools like Vector Flash Tool, CANape, and UDS-based tools
- Perform root cause analysis on software and communication issues
- Support and execute tests in HIL, SIL, and vehicle environments
- Work with CANape, .dbc, and ARXML files for diagnostics and configuration
- Use tools such as CANoe, CANalyzer, INCA, ETAS, and dSPACE for software debugging and validation
- Track and manage defects and issues through JIRA, including reporting and dashboard creation
- Collaborate with platform/module owners and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth software delivery
- Document integration reports and participate in technical discussions for change coordination
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in automotive embedded software integration
- Expertise in flashing, diagnostics, root cause analysis, and integration testing
- Strong working knowledge of C/C++, Python, CAN, LIN, and Ethernet
- Experience with tools such as CANape, CANoe, INCA, and JIRA
- Understanding of AUTOSAR (ARXML), .dbc files, and vehicle communication protocols
- Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in high-pressure, collaborative environments
