AWS Migration Consultant – Outside IR35 Contract

• Pay Rate: £600 – £700 p/d Outside IR35
• Duration: 6 months
• Start Date: ASAP

• Location: Bristol – Hybrid. You'll need to spend significant time on-site during the first two weeks, with occasional or once-a-week on-site presence thereafter.

The Role:

As a Migration Consultant, you'll play a crucial role in our migration efforts. This isn't just about moving data; it's about strategic planning, robust engineering, and ensuring a seamless transition.

You'll be responsible for:

• Overseeing the end-to-end migration journey.
• Applying strong engineering skills with a focus on DevOps practices, including expertise in GitLab and Terraform.
• Leveraging your experience with AWS and Windows environments.
• Conducting technical assessments, contributing to design and strategy, and shaping architecture.
• Addressing security considerations, risks, and technical debt (capture and mitigation).
• Developing comprehensive cut-over plans and defining the business support model.
