Senior Wealth Planner

Location: Egham

Role Type: Employed, Full-Time

Salary: £80,000 – £100,000 + Bonus

NJR Recruitment is currently supporting a highly respected wealth management firm in their search for an experienced Chartered Adviser to take over the client base of a retiring adviser. This is a rare opportunity to step into a ready-made book of loyal, long-standing clients.

Duties will include:

Speaking to clients in person, through video calls and telephone
Conduct thorough fact finds
Present financial options to clients
Work with the paraplanning and compliance teams
Conduct annual reviews

Who We’re Looking For:

Level 6 qualified (Chartered Financial Planner status essential)
At least 5 years’ experience delivering holistic financial advice
Proven ability to manage and grow client relationships across all wealth levels
Empathetic and client-focused, with strong interpersonal and technical skills
Experienced with estate planning, pensions, tax-efficient strategies, and cash flow modelling
